UF Space Tracking & Reporting System (UF STARS)

The Space Tracking & Reporting System allows users to lookup site, building and room information and run various reports relating to facility information.

Project Management Database
The Project Management Database is used by Facilities Planning & Construction and Physical Plant Department to track new construction and renovation projects. Access is limited to FP&C and PPD staff only.

Space Inventory & Allocation System
The Space Inventory & Allocation System allows department contacts to update their occupant, grant and indirect cost allocations for their space. The system is open year round, however certain functions are only usable during a survey period. To get access to this system, you must request it through myUFL.

Environmental Health & Safety Applications
This system allows access to various EH&S applications including the HLS-CAM and Emergency Contact database. Access is limited to EH&S and other Emergency Management Personnel.

HealthNet Port Inventory & Billing
This system allows HealthNet to track their port and device inventory, as well as create invoices. Access is limited to HealthNet staff.
